Eye color Optional::Regularly is red but during the Full moon my eyes turn into a HALLOWMOON hense the name Hallowmoon(or whatever color your eyes are if you eyes helped you get your name then tell me that)
Apperance::Black long haired with white tips on tail muzzle paws and whiskers(or whatever you look like)
Personality::Sweet and reasonable cannot tolerate cats making fun of others had a very bad problem about that when apprentice(orwhateveryourpersonalityis!)
History::Born on the full moon at the gathering my father was in riverclan mother in shadowclan i was born with a hallowmoon in my eyes hense the name Hallowmoon my mother and father died when i was aprenticed they killed each other HORRIBLY and left me alone i have no kin when i was accepted as a Medicine cat Apprentice Starclan told me i have to control my anger or curses will happen i have been cursed since my mother did not tell anyone she was expecting before the full moon where she had me(or whatever your history is)
